INNOPEDA® Development Process – Making the Change

The objective of this training is to guide participants through a holistic development process to implement Innopeda® in their organisation. The development process usually follows Innopeda® Intensive Training with implementation and monitoring of the change. It may include staff exchange, site visits, process consulting and coaching.

Target group: teachers and managers in education, education planners, RDI personnel, or anyone interested in implementing Innopeda® in their organisation

• Creating a roadmap for development – Analysis of current situation
• Innovation pedagogy in practice – Consultation meetings at TUAS or at client’s premises
• Making the change – Conducting a personalized development plan at your institution
• Follow-up during the change process
